Just moments ago Usain Bolt of Jamaica won the men's 100 meter sprint in an Olympic record of 9.63. Jason Gatlin (9.79) of the United States was third and Tyson Gay (9.80) was forth.
Bolt won this event for the second time while the 2004 Olympic 100 meter champ, Gatlin, was defeated after a fast start. Jamaican Yohan Blake (9.75) was second. Man, that was a fast race.
The Florida native Gatlin was coming off of a four year ban for substance use. He settled for bronze.
This race was run while NBC was showing women's volleyball. Is it just me or are you getting tired of this coverage?
