HCPTC Charges Illegal Fees To Taxi Drivers
This is a ticket for $30 written by Joe Halberstran (sic) of the Hillsborough County Public Transportation Commission. It was for having a shirt on without a collar. Can you Believe that! With all the services I provide this community and the aid and help I give to tourist, the only thing this prick is interested in is a shirt collar. What a cocksucker.

I agree that they have no right to write the ticket. But I also don't feel that it is worth the time and effort to fight them. Glad to see that yout are up and running again. I am also looking forward to see how Johnson does this Sunday. The "Animal" on 620 WDAE had a great show this afternoon, I wish I had a tape recorder. All in all it is going to be a long season. Only the REAL FANS will be there after 16 games.
Hey, the HCPTC is a self-financed independent special district. The $100k+ salary the executive director recieves as well as the paycheck Kevin Whire's buddy Victopr DiMaio collects all comes from fees & fines for stupid shit like not wearing a collared shirt or limo drivers not sporting a necktie.
All drivers need to show up at monthly meetings & protest the rules which exceed the commissions authority or simply shut-up & pay the fines like well-trained monkeys.
